Here is a guide for all Helper commands within Towny:
Town Commands
/t plots {townname}
Shows a helpful list of plots and their types/revenue which are owned by the town.
/t plotgrouplist townname
Lists a town's plotgroups with forsale and price indicated.
/t claim
Claims a chunk for the town.
/t claim rect {radius in chunks}
Claims chunks in a rectangle around the current chunk.
/t claim circle {radius in chunks}
Claims chunks in a circle around the current chunk.
/t claim outpost
Claims a non-town connected chunk as an outpost.
/t unclaim
Unclaims a chunk for the town.
/t unclaim rect {radius in chunks}
Unclaims chunks in a rectangle around the current chunk.
/t unclaim circle {radius in chunks}
Unclaims chunks in a circle around the current chunk.
/t unclaim outpost
Unclaims a non-town connected chunk as an outpost.
/t invite
Show a list of players who's been seen invites to your town.
/t invite sent
Shows a list of players who've been seen invites to your town.
/t invite received
Show a list of invites your town has received from nations.
/t invite accept {nationname}
Accept an invite to join a nation.
/t invite deny {nationname}
Deny an invite to join a nation.
/t invite {playername}
Send an invite to a player to join your town.
/t deposit {amount}
Deposits specified amount into the town bank.
Plot Commands
/plot claim
Claims current town-owned plots that is for sale.
/plot unclaim
Unclaims player-owned plot.
/plot forsale {amount}
Places town-owned plot up for sale. (Leave amount blank for no cost)
/plot notforsale
Removes town-owned plot that is for sale from being sold.
/plot evict
Evicts a player from their owned town plot.
/plot trust add {playername}
Add the requested player to the trusted list for the plot.
/plot trust remove {playername}
Removes the requested player from the trusted list for the plot.
/plot perm add {playername}
Removes player from plot perm override.
/plot set reset
Sets a shop/embassy/arena/wilds plot back to a normal plot/
/plot set shop
Sets a plot to a shop plot.
/plot set embassy
Sets a plot to an embassy plot.
/plot set arena
Sets a plot to an arena plot.
/plot set wilds
Sets a plot to a wilds plot.
/plot set inn
Set a plot to an inn plot.
/plot set jail
Set a plot to a jail plot.
/plot set farm
Set a plot to a farm plot.
/plot set bank
Set a plot to a bank plot.
/plot set outpost
Set a plot to an outpost plot, costs the same as /t claim outpost.
/plot set name
Allows a mayor or plot owner to rename plots they own, overwriting the ~Unowned message. Personal plots display both the plot's given name and the name of the plot owner.
/plot set perm {on/off}
Edits the perm of the plot the player is standing in.
/plot set perm {resident/ally/outsider} {on/off}
Toggles plot perms for resident, allies, or outsiders.
/plot set perm {build/destroy/switch/itemuse} {on/off}
Toggles plot perms for building, destroying, switching, or using items.
/plot set perm {resident/ally/outsider} {build/destroy/switch/itemuse} {on/off}
Toggles plot perms for residents, allies, or outsiders to build, destroy, switch, or use items.
/plot set perm reset
Toggles the perm line seen in the /town screen.
/plot group {add/remove/create} {groupname}
Creates a plotgroup where the player is standing. Also adds/removes plot to/from an existing plotgroup.
/plot group delete
Deletes a plotgroup.
/plot group set {plot type}
Sets plot groups to certain plot types.
/plot group set perm
Changes perms for all plots in the plotgroup. (See the /plot set perm section for reference)
/plot group set toggle
Changes toggle settings for all plots in the plotgroup. (See /plot toggle section for reference)
/plot group forsale {amount}
Lists all town-owned plots in the plotgroup for sale.
/plot group notforsale
Removes all current forsale plots in the plot group from sale.
/plot group trust {add/remove} {playername}
Adds or removes requested played from the trusted list of all plots contained in the plotgroup.
/plot group perm {add/remove}
Adds or removes requested player from the perm override list of all plots contained in the plotgroup.
/plot toggle mobs {on/off}
Toggles hostile mob spawning on plot.
/plot toggle explosions {on/off}
Toggles explosions on the plot.
/plot toggle pvp {on/off}
Toggles pvp on the plot.
/plot togle fire {on/off}
Toggle fire on the plot.
